The Serie A giants have been closely ‘monitoring’ several footballers for some time, and notably, a significant portion of their target list could potentially come from Stamford Bridge next summer. Among them is Carney Chukwuemeka, whose pursuit by Milan was covered in a previous story. Additionally, in discussing Milan’s defensive options, Gazzetta also identifies Chelsea center-backs Benoit Badiashile and Trevoh Chalobah.
Badiashile has only made 11 appearances for Chelsea this season due to injury setbacks endured between August and November, while Chalobah hasn’t featured in a single minute of play.
